Bio:

Utara has run off. The Bloodstar still appears in the night sky, but the danger has passed … at least for now. Roshi is alive and seemingly well, though I’m sure the trauma he has endured has taken it’s toll. Rampart has his memory back, but shadows seemed to have touched him while he was close to the Fist, and he’s hearing voices. Hopefully no demon has taken hold like it did Roshi. James has a new radiance about him that I’ve never seen before – as if he harnesses the power of light now.

Meanwhile, I have learned much of my heritage. Utara spoke of Sardonia, a place on the other side of the world where the minotaurs hailed from. I am saddened by the idea that we are demon-spawn, but I guess from what I’ve seen the past few weeks, it is not surprising. I am glad that Rhesh has been defeated, though truth be told it was my sister who was in charge.

I do not know how to feel about Utara. She has commanded and slaughtered much of our race is her quest to activate the Bloodstar and bring Eberron much closer to the end of days. Our home is no more – no more Plainstriders, no more Greyplains, and barely any minotaurs to call brethren. Sure, there are many scattered pockets, but no civilization. I, maybe stubbornly, still think she can be saved. I hope that whatever she brought back with her from the other side of the world has taken her over, controlled her, made her to do these things. To commit these atrocities I’ve seen. If somehow I can get rid of it, maybe I can get my sister back. Then again, maybe I’m a fool.

In all of my training as a Warden of this world, I have tried to be a protector of nature and the elements, everything taught to me by Heskin. To that end, I have always thought of nature as being just and pure. However, with the recent battles I’ve been in against natural enemies, these new “spirits” I’ve encountered, part of the chamber itself, my morals have been through in a loop.

Mankind’s presence in this world cannot be equated with evil, just as nature’s presence cannot be equated with good. They are not two sides of the same coin… or are they? Certainly not the same coin as good and evil, but certainly two different aspects of Eberron. The balance is the key – the powers of good balanced by the powers of evil, the powers of nature balanced by the powers of man. Sadly, nature can be used to harm innocents just as well as man could. I need to be a guardian of the world of man and the world of nature, protecting each from the ill will of the other. I am Teranu Plainstrider of the Greyplains Clan. Guardian of Two Worlds.
